This is a recipe I make almost weekly because my husband loves having this. It’s absolutely easy yet so amazing and the key is to grill the meatballs and not fry them. Grilling makes them moist and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients
  1. 800 grams mince meat
  2. 4 spicy beef sausages
  3. Chopped coriander
  4. ½ cup breadcrumbs
  5. 1 egg
  6. ½ cup cooking cream
  7. 4 cloves garlic
  8. 1 onion
  9. Black pepper
  10. Salt
  11. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Start by peeling and chopping the onions and garlic then follow by sautéing them with olive oil in a pan. Set aside to cool. In a medium sized bowl, squeeze out the inside contents of the sausages and mix with the mince meat. Shortly after that, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Use olive oil on your hands to form little balls and place on a greased baking tray. Grill for 25 minutes.
Notes
  1. Serve as finger bites by inserting toothpicks or in your favorite pasta dish.
