This is hands down the most refreshing lemonade you will ever have! And yes you read right, I used rosemary to make it. The first time I had one of this in a Coffee shop, I remember thinking to myself, “isn’t rosemary just for meats and cooked food!” I doubted my selection even before it got to the table. Well people, I WAS WRONG, and I’m not afraid to admit it because this is perhaps the best mocktail there is! Definitely in my Top 5 now. I do hope you will love it as much as I already do. If its a Sunny afternoon and you’re laid out wondering what can refresh you in that scorching heat, this definitely will. Also I really enjoyed shooting these pics! Such a puuuureeeettty drink 🙂

Pink Rosemary Lemonade

Ingredients
  1. 4 Imported Lemons
  2. 3 Sticks Fresh Rosemary
  3. 1 pack strawberries (VP foods have the best)
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 4 cups water
  6. Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Start by boiling the water and sugar together in a sufuria with one rosemary stick.
  2. While it boils, slice your lemons in halves then use a fork or an orange squeezer to extract all the juice from them and set aside. (without the seeds)
  3. Once the water has boiled, remove and set aside to cool.
  4. Wash and cut up strawberries and blend with a bit of water to get a puree.
  5. When the water has cooled, follow by mixing in the lemon juice and the puree then store in fridge for about an hour to chill.
Notes
  1. Serve in mason jars with ice cubes, a stick of fresh rosemary and a strawberry to garnish.
