Its perfect for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack. This combo works well if bread is toasted, that way the crunchiness of the toast perfectly compliments the creaminess of the avocado.

Ingredients
  1. Brown/white bread
  2. 1/2 Avocado
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. Freshly squeezed tablespoon of lemon
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Toast two slices of bread in toaster.
  2. In the meantime, peel and chop onion and garlic to very small cubes and put in a bowl.
  3. Add the flesh of half an avocado in the bowl, salt and pepper to taste and lastly a hint of a freshly squeezed lemon.
  4. Mash everything together with a fork and apply on the slices of toast.
Notes
  1. Be careful not to add too much lemon juice since it can easily become too bitter and alter the taste of the avocado.
